Yesterday, we secured Win #1 for the AI Business OS called “Nitwyt” (*Not In The Way You Think).

We established the LEAP Design Pattern and built the visual HTML UI for the “Ask Nitwyt” input.

It looks great, but right now, it's completely brain-dead.

When we tried to wire it up on stream, the local server bridge failed.

Today for Day 2, we deal with the reality of local AI infrastructure.

We have to fix the local bridge.

This is the hidden cost of DIY AI infrastructure. You don't just build it once; you fight broken endpoints and spend hours researching API deprecations so your system doesn't collapse.

Today's Forecasted Win #2 is securing that API Bridge.

We are going to fix the local server and migrate the payload to gemini-3.0-flash.

* For the Builders: You can pull the raw blueprint and build it with me from the LEAP repo here: https://github.com/tomi-mercer/leap-design-pattern

* For the Operators: This exhausting maintenance is exactly why I'm spending this month building the Nitwyt Developing Kit (NDK). A true "Forever Upgrade Guarantee" means you don't have to worry about broken pipelines. But today, we build it the hard way.

I'm wiring the brain to the UI live on YouTube at 3:00 PM Central.

See you in the workshop and…

Thanks for being a part of the #ThisIsYourMindOnAI newsletter!
